My name is Stefano, I am the creator and promoter -assisted by my friend Luca- of the following social project:
Born out of nowhere, when we didn’t know what do with our future, both of us come from an economic background but with a strong social calling, we are moved by the effort and hope of growth, in our friendship first and then in the ideas and project.
Our idea is to find a space to assist those in need and to consolidate our activities over time.
To become an important element in a social reality that grounds its roots upon one of the best welfare systems in the world: the Swiss one.
“MISSION”
We are a not-for-profit organization based in the region around Lugano. We would like to one day become a foundation and/or cooperative.
By integrating duplicate activities by other Ticino based associations and organizations we believe that we could create a cooperative with similar quotas that would enable the individual families to save money.
People with disabilities, educators and civil lawyers would be employed. Initially, our “workforce” would assist:
-Families;
and,
-Associations.
We aim towards a centralized cooperation. We hope for more Unity amongst the organizations in Ticino. We would achieve this by eliminating duplicate activities and redirecting efforts within our cooperative.
Our first idea is to centralize basic accounting and data entry activities by creating an “Accounting Help Lab”. Our second objective is to develop a fast and efficient delivery system in the city center aimed towards employing people with light disabilities and equipping them with assistance.
We would like to develop a creative department in the future. Perhaps printing, creating and modifying images in order to produce postcards.
Finally, we could enter modern digitalization mechanisms, perhaps for credit institutions; with scanning systems and even OCR.
And the final small project is that of 3d printing; we would need to analyze if possible to develop something in this area.

“Needs”: a limit to be resolved.
We live frantically, new needs are constantly born. Therefore: “Our challenge for the future” is to reduce real necessities to the minimum, by meantime giving value to Virtues such as: parsimony and essentialism.
